I need to change my password, how do I do that?

After logging in, click the "Change Password" link found on your homepage. Fill in the necessary information and submit the request. Your password will be changed instantly. If you encounter any issues, please contact support@vuzit.com.

Why when I click two of three "Upload" links does it take me to the public documents and the third "Upload" link takes me to a personal upload section?

The "Upload" link found at the very top of the page and the "Upload" link found on the very bottom of the page is for uploading documents publically. These are the same links that appear on every page of Vuzit.com. The "Upload" link that appears above the "Welcome Joe User" on Joe User's homepage is the private upload link. When uploading documents to this location, users on Vuzit will not be able to access these documents.

That sounds great! But, what happens when I want to let users see some of my personal documents on my website/blog?

If you upload a document in your personal uploads section, you can choose to embed those documents in your website/blog. Simply click the "Embed" link and copy the code provided directly into your website/blog. Users of your website/blog will then be able to view the document(s).

I really like using the free account I have, but I want to upload more documents, which means more space is necessary. How do I upgrade to a pay account?
